Sami Chicha, Editor
Sami Chicha is the editor of record for Framing & Figures, published by Harmony For Humanity LLC, and answers for every page on the site: every figure, every quoted rule, and fixing it when it is wrong.
What is checked before a page is published
- Every number is traced to its primary source: the statute or the agency's own page for a state rule, the federal form or regulation for a payroll figure, the formula itself for a calculator. A figure that cannot be traced is left off the page, not estimated.
- Every state rule is quoted from that source, with the citation and the date it was checked printed beside it.
- Every calculator shows its formula under the result, so the arithmetic can be checked by hand.
- Every correction that changes a number, a rule or a citation is logged in public, with the date, the page, what changed and why.
Drafting and checking use software tools, AI-assisted ones included. That does not move responsibility: a person answers for each figure before it is published. The editorial policy and the methodology describe each step.

What the editor is not
Sami Chicha is not an attorney, CPA, insurance producer or surety agent, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, insurance or surety advice. When a licensed professional reviews a page, the page names the reviewer and the date. Until then it says the page was checked against primary sources and not yet reviewed by a licensed professional.
